About Me
What drives me?
I discovered early on that searching for truth and exploring the nature of love propel me. Indeed, these values are important enough to me that Iām willing to enter extremely challenging circumstances in order to uphold and explore these values. I took responsibility for the lives of others in my work as a physician. I forwent a promising career in academic medicine to pursue a deeper philosophical understanding of human life and to help others with similar pursuits. I held onto my love for life despite experiencing severe loses. Our values are tested when we experience strife. I found that I continued to search for truth and continued to explore the nature of love in nearly all circumstances.
Pursuing Love
I feel my best when I am helping people. This is one reason that I decided to become a physician. It is also the reason that I coach. As a physician, I would help cultivate a biological state in the body that supported life, healing, and, hopefully, a body state that people could use to pursue their dreams. As a coach, I help people find the perspective, courage, and strength to use their precious life in a way that is meaningful to them; even within the profound complexities of life that we all experience. I help people discover a love for life that is not dependent upon their results, their station, how they are esteemed, who loves them, nor who shares their beliefs. Love is something that we carry with us wherever we go and is available for us to apply to any situation. However, fears and misunderstandings can make it difficult to find perspective. Sometimes we need external perspectives to help us in our quest for wisdom and love. If you want, I can provide an external perspective to help you on your quest, as others provided me.
